What is Plus 2?
Plus 2 is a mentality meant to create an environment of success and finish. Every athlete is a given a choice when executing a rep, finish at the line or finish beyond the line. Plus 2 is taking the extra steps to ensure to finish every drill and every rep. We aim to create a mentality of always finsihing though the line and starting on time. Do not be afraid to work hard and fail. Embrace every opportunity and never give up.
